Short person ED problems:
• Being 100lbs is still too fat since you have a smaller body.
• If your significant other is taller than you then you look worse standing next to them because you’re short AND fat
• You already fit into Medium/ Small clothes so it’s not really fun or exciting when you loose weight and your clothing size doesn’t change
• People can already wrap their hands around your wrist because you’re so fucking small, not because you’re thin.
• Eating smaller portions is risky because to everyone else your normal healthy portions are already small and when you start restricting they suspect your eating disorder right away since eating that little isn’t normal to them at all.
I wake up and jump on the thinspo tag like it’s the fucking daily newspaper holy shit!

Remember
Those foods you’re craving will still be in this world when you lose the weight. You don’t need to eat them today, or tomorrow. Because after you’re gorgeous and thin those foods will be waiting for you and it’ll feel much better then the guilt you will feel if you eat it now.
you know that point of long term fasting where it becomes second nature and you can go half a day, sometimes a full one without being aware of how hungry you are but the second you consciously think of food it’s like world war three and you’re plagued with hunger pains and endless thoughts of how you could Eat Everything In Sight
reminder to:
- straighten your back
- go pee goddAMN IT STOP HOLDING IT
- go take your meds if you need to
- drink some water
- go get a snack if you havent eaten in a while
- maybe wander around the house/stretch a little if you’ve been sat at the computer a while (artists especially: sTRETCH THOSE WRISTS)
- reply to that text/message from earlier you’d forgotten about
- maybe send a nice lil message to someone having a bad day?
